Established in 2014, NEAN Consulting, LLC (NEAN) is a public health and business management consulting firm based in Washington, DC. We support our clients with strategic planning, program and policy development, research and data analysis, program evaluation and other important areas of the public health, social services, and health policy. NEAN Consulting creates innovative, cost-effective, yet practical solutions to our clients' toughest problems--always on-time and on budget.
Dr. Delia Houseal-Smith
Founder and Principal
Dr. Houseal is an innovative public health professional with over 15 years of experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to influence the development, implementation, and evaluation of administrative, programmatic and public policies related to public health, health care service delivery and human services. Dr. Houseal has worked with public and private organizations at the local, state, federal and global levels. She received her PhD in Public Health from Walden University, MPH in Public Health from George Washington University, and BS in Biology from Howard University.
